Who can become a member of the APQ?
Owners of rental housing of any size (rental condo, plex, buildings with 20 doors, 100 doors ...), all property management can become a member.
What do I need to do to become a member of the APQ?
To join, you can do so by telephone with one of our account managers or directly on line at BOUTIQUE APQ.
How do I find my username and password?
When you joined the APQ, you received an e-mail with your username and a second one with the password. But you can also find this information at the following link :
Do you have an app to use the services?
The Application APQ is an application exclusive to APQ members.
The Application APQ will allow you to carry out your credit or pre-rental inquiries, using your phone or computer and follow their evolution at any time: Directory APQ, newspapers, Calculo APQ to calculate your rent increases, Avisarex to send your electronic notifications and the Digital Lease to sign your leases remotely.

Can I renew my membership online?
Yes, you can renew on the APQ store from the e-mail you received for this purpose. The title of the e-mail is “Your APQ membership expires soon.”
You can also contact your account manager at any time to make this renewal with him by phone.
